Please note that the DBYC Annual General Meetings will be held on Friday, 22 April at 2000 hrs in the Discovery Bay Marina Club. This is your chance to find out how your subs have been spent and to have some input into the Club’s plans for the coming season. See separate e-mail notice for details.
The agenda for the AGM will be:
1. Confirm the minutes of the previous AGM
2. Receive the report of the Officers
3. Elect Officers
4. Any other business of which due notice has been given
Volunteers are invited to assist as Officers on the Executive Committee. Members may also raise any other business as they see fit. Nominations for Office and Notice of all motions must be submitted to the Secretary not less than 3 days before the AGM.
A buffet will be served from 1900-2200 so we hope to see you for a bit of a ‘social’. Please bring your cheque book if you hav yet to pay your 05/06 subs!
