Entries are invited for the DBYC Disney Islands Regatta, scheduled for Saturday, 9th September 2006.
The Regatta is open to all DBYC members, members of ABC and COA, or any HKSF-affiliated club. Please enter by submitting the Entry Form to the DBYC by 1700 hours on Wednesday, 6th September 2006.
Entry fee is only $100 per boat ($150 for non-DBYC members), with a late entry fee payable after the entry deadline.
The event will consist of two races over local islands courses, scheduled as follows:
0900 Skippers briefing in DB Marina Club
1030 Start 1, just South of Peng Chau
1400 Start 2
1700 Approx finish
1800 Prize-giving on marina headland
Prizes will be awarded for Line Honours and for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each race on PN-corrected time. Prizes will also be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places overall, employing the modified Low Point scoring system.
Berthing will be possible, on a space-available basis, at the DB Marina Club on the nights of 8th and 9th September, with charges waived for participating boats.
